Italian Blend

Our Italian Blend is a harmonious blend of carefully selected beans from the Arabic and Robust families 80/20 , composed of washed coffee beans from Vietnam , India and Brazil . Its aroma boasts notes of toasted almonds , blackberries and lightly spiced , when tasting , the texture is very dense with a full body and little acidity . With tones of bitter walenuts and cocoa, and a prolonged , lightly bitter aftertaste. It is an ideal coffee for any method of extraction, especially for espresso , already balanced , acidity , body and sweetness. Each individual coffee is toasted separately so they are developed depending on its optimal organoleptic property for the final blend. Roasted weekly to keep their freshness.
