At Cafès Ca’n Joan we are passionate about Arabic coffee, roasted weekly, so that it reaches our customers as fresh as possible and preserves all its organoleptic properties.
Cafés Ca'n Joan
All our coffees are individually roasted depending on their origin and are much lighter than commercial coffee. This allows us to highlight the notes that make each coffee so characteristic.
In our wide selection of coffees, you will only find those that have obtained a score of more than 80 points out of 100 based on an international system for quality evaluation. This score is awarded by a certified taster or Q Grader based on SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) standards.
