We love the deep rich cocoa aroma, this is a very clean 71% dark chocolate with a light fruity taste of red and black berries, it has character. A rich, fruity chocolate with a good level of sweetness and some nice bitter notes. It is smooth and well tempered and has a wide spectrum of flavors that unfold on the palate.
